Dear Current and Prospective Sponsors,
Once again our summer soccer season is right around the corner! Last year season was again a huge success thanks to you as a sponsor. Our goal this year as always is to let the children have fun, teach them the game of soccer and at the same time respect for each other.
We continue to grow and again last year we had all teams filled. This year we again expect the same. For you new sponsors, this is a six week soccer program for all area youth that runs in the summer and we play at the Port Jervis High School. The ages range from 5 years to high school seniors.
To help us attain our goals, we are again asking for your support for a team. The sponsor fee is $175.00. We are proud to say that the last six years, the sponsor fee has not increased. The only change this year is we are asking for an additional $25.00 if you would like a special logo applied to your shirt, otherwise it will be just your business name as in the past.
These fees go towards the running of the program, an end of season party and awards for every child. A portion of your donation will also go into the scholarship fund for four qualified high school graduates from all area high school. Your donation also goes towards the purchase of a t-shirt with your business’s name on it for the children on your team which is theirs to keep.
Please help us provide this summer program for the children of the area by sending your check to TSYSC, PO Box 4761, Port Jervis, NY 12771. We would appreciate it very much if you could submit by May 1, 2011.
